Research indicates only one percent of Milwaukee area nonprofit Board Directors are under the age of 30, yet 190 young professionals belong to Milwaukee’s Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, part of a growing national movement dedicated to strengthening the nonprofit sector’s next generation of leaders. Is the organization spending enough in support services?
